Answers to commonly asked questions!

Do we need to bring anything?
Just yourselves! The room is decorated beautifully and everything you need for a great time is all ready for you!

Can we bring alcohol or have a bartender?
Absolutely! Please let us know if you’d like ice or an ice bucket as well! While we can’t serve it to you, you’re welcome to bring alcohol with you and serve your guests.

Can we bring balloons?
Absolutely!

Can we bring food?
If you are having a kid’s party, please add-on the kid’s sandwich tray or the party popcorn for something lighter.
If it’s an adult party we’d prefer you add-on a sandwich tray, however you may bring finger foods as long as they don’t have to be kept warm or warmed up.

Can we bring a cake?
Please order one of our cakes for your party - unless you need a one year old smash cake, in which you may bring your own if you’d like.

Parking
Edmond, park in the shopping spots out front.
OKC, take up all of spots out front, and also there is more paid parking available next to us on Reno, or in the garage across the street.
Tulsa, park out front or next to the store.

Can we add/change how many guests we are having?
We can add on more as long as we have room! Just let us know and we’ll add-on as many spots as you need and charge you on the day of the party for the additional guests.
We can also bump the party from 24 down to 12 for example, please give us at least 48 hours notice for this change.

What’s the best way to contact us for questions about the party?
Please email us at party at pinkitzel.com to communicate directly with the party co-ordinator. Also you may call the store and speak to the store manager and they will get you taken care of!
